Fook Yuen (福苑), operated at 116 Waterloo Road, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting the personal data of residents, family members and enquirers who come into contact with our services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the rights available to you.
This policy applies to data collected through our website, contact forms, telephone calls and in-person interactions. It is written in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO").

Enquiry data is held for up to 24 months. Resident and service records are held for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with applicable ordinances. Website analytics data is retained for 13 months. Data is securely deleted when retention periods expire.
